C3 AI is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to refine and execute
on our go-to-market strategy. You will be part of a growing Sales and Revenue
Operations team and will be tasked with supporting C3 AI's sales and sales
operations leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify
system, data or process needs that can drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to streamline sales
processes and manage implementation of necessary solutions. Work across
teams to establish and ensure standards across our business applications.
Perform lead and pipeline analyses and sales performance analyses to
provide and make recommendations to increase sales velocity and win rates
to management.
Conduct regular analysis of pipeline health and velocity to provide
insights and recommendations for improvement.
Partner with marketing and sales on lead generation process as well as
assist in building systems to enable automated processing of potential
prospects.
Assist with territory assignments and account assignments.
Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes.
Analyze lead generation sources, conversion rates, and lead-to-opportunity
progression to identify areas for optimization.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead qualification processes
and increase lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance
metrics related to lead generation, pipeline development, and sales
activities.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
Experience configuring and administering CRM applications (e.g.,
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales) and supporting business processes such
as lead qualification and opportunity management.
Experience in supporting a global sales team at a public SaaS company.
Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI or a similar product.
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
A strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude who drives
process and reporting improvements.
A resourceful self-starter and a high achiever who possesses the
initiative to investigate the details and interpret the impact of key
business drivers.
Excellent multitasker who has strong time and project management skills to
meet deadlines on projects that include multiple review points and
iterations.
Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to
email and phone communications.
Highest level of integrity and good judgment with the ability to
effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information.
